Hi, I am Prateek Dasgupta and I would like to share with you my passion of food and everything related to food! I was born in India and was very fortunate to grow up in a family where food was taken very seriously. My mother and grandmother had a major influence on my interest in food and learning more about new foods and cooking techniques. I was also fortunate to have grown up in two different regions in India, the east and the south which provided an excellent exposure to regional Indian cuisine. Having lived and traveled in North America for more than six years I have developed a wealth of culinary knowledge and cooking techniques which were new to me. Currently based out of the garden city of India , Bangalore I will share with you my finest culinary adventures and a peak into my inquisitive culinary mind which encompasses my food story!
